Tankoa presents the 70-metre superyacht Milano
In an exclusive press conference at DIBS, Tankoa Yachts revealed the renderings of a new 70 meter superyacht concept, Milan. Developed in collaboration with Nauta Design, it features clean, elegant lines and is inspired by Nauta Design's hometown, Milan.
Gulf Craft creates Gulf Craft Group
The established yacht builder in the United Arab Emirates Golf manufacturer Craft has announced the creation of the Gulf Craft Group, an important step in its ambition to consolidate a leading role in the global maritime sector. The new structure aims to streamline internal processes and integrate the Gulf Craft Inc. shipyard and Gulf Craft Maldives under its umbrella.
Sunreef Yachts reveals further details on its expansion into the Middle East < /font
In February 2024, Sunreef Yachts, in partnership with RAK Maritime City, opened the first accommodations at its new facility in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. SuperYacht Times had the opportunity to visit the new shipyard during DIBS to learn more about its expansion into the Middle East.
Yachts sold
During the 30th edition of the Fair many International nautical exhibitors recorded considerable sales in Dubai. Althaus Yachts has announced the sale of hull 19 of the Lamborghini 63 yacht series built by Tecnomar. The yacht was sold to an expatriate from the United Arab Emirates and Beatrice Chiardi commented: "It was an exciting show for us, with very strong negotiations almost completed on the second day."
Sanlorenzo has announced the sale of three yachts at the show, highlighting the fair as a platform to reach potential new buyers and old customers. “We are pleased that, compared to last year, we represented three Sanlorenzo boats at the fair for the first time and all three were sold. Next time we hope to bring even more", said a Sanlorenzo representative.
Gulf Craft deputy general manager Abeer AlShaali added: “Gulf Craft Group sold several during the its legendary vessels, from its award-winning Majesty Yachts, the famous Nomad series and the elegant Silvercraft and SilverCAT brands with many more offerings in the pipeline."
Debut on the yacht

On the 25th, Ferretti Yachts 3 meters Riva Diva 82 Lo yacht debuted in the MENA region at DIBS 2024. Nikki Beach Resort Lounge returns to DIBS, offering guests a maritime menu of fresh salads, sushi rolls, delicate appetizers and cocktails, while Beach Club DJs create a musical beach atmosphere. Additionally, VIP guests were able to relax in a luxurious retreat and had access to a variety of personalized services and activities in VIP lounges sponsored by AIX Investment Group.

The future of Dubai International Boat Show 2025
The decision to host the 31st edition of the Dubai International Boat Show. The organization of the event at Dubai Port was consolidated during face-to-face discussions with Trixie LohMirmand, Executive Vice President of Dubai World Trade Centre, and Abdulla Binhabtoor, Director of Portfolio Management at Shamal Holding, owner of Dubai Port. This marks the beginning of a long-term partnership that will provide the international boating community with an advanced platform for expansion and development.
